Apr 2009 In an address to the National Academy of Sciences on science and innovation, President Barack Obama recognized the leadership demonstrated by Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell and Exemplar client Pennsylvania STEM Initiative for its efforts to utilize science-technology-engineering-mathematics literacy to improve both educational and economic opportunities for the citizens of Pennsylvania.
